RTC Factory makes Zap 4, a softphone built on Microsoft WPF and GIPS VoiceEngine that is capable of integrating with BroadSoft. RTC Zap 4 is provided within a white-label framework, and sold through the provider’s regular sales channels. All softphones and toolbars are either directly packaged or branded with the provider’s brand, or integrated with the customer’s existing products and services offers. We supply our softphone with a provisioning system suitable for the residential and business market.

One of the major advantages of RTC Zap 4 is the ability to customize the softphone and toolbars with logos, graphical layouts or adapting nearly any function from BroadWorks.
