Customers
RTC X services are offered to end-users through reseller channels only. Resellers
are typically ISPs or other service providers wanting to strengthen their customer
offerings. RTC X offers a rapid and affordable way for resellers to pick-up on
telephone services, by providing a hosted and ready-to use platform.
The reseller is responsible for all end-user contact and offers RTC X services fully
branded. End-users have access to a branded web-based site with complete information
about the subscription. RTC X includes a web-based management console for reseller’s
to administer users and price plans.
RTC X takes care of all authentication, call routing, number porting and call rating.
The reseller receives billing information in the format of his choice from the platform.
