RTC Factory AB (RTC) was founded in 2003 and is a Swedish privately owned company. The founders have several years of experience within e-commerce, VoIP and the Telecom industry. RTC's business concept is to offer Service Providers new revenues generated by Communication Services – Telephony and Real Time Communications after a wholesale business model.

RTC Factory AB is a Global Communication Builder, targeting professionals within Telecom and Internet industry. RTCs offer an extensive range of IP-based services such as IP-Telephony, two-stage-dial, chat and click-2-call. The IP-based services are hosted by RTC but provided within a white labelled framework with the client brand and often integrated in an existing web environment/portal.
RTCs services are powerful enough to be the solid foundation of a big Telecom business or could be simply the complement of an existing business as a feature, service or product. Typical clients of RTC are Social Networks, Directory Services, Metropolitan Networks, Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) and the one-line Gaming industries. Management & employees

The RTC Factory team is handpicked for its cutting edge knowledge in relevant technologies as well as SIP and telecom industry since 1990.

Management has been working actively within the Corporate & Business Sales Channel as well as aligning the local business with the global corporation. Members have been assigned to the European Union Commission, which task was to standardisation comity and managing international telecom operators within the Nordics countries. Management has previously started up several companies within the IT industry with success.

For the server platform development the team has extensive development experience in billing systems, e-commerce system and management systems as well as in VoIP server systems. The lead developer of the server platform has previously been working with securities depository and clearinghouses and telecom operators.

For the client application development, the team has focused on strong Microsoft Windows knowledge. The lead client developer has developed key components for Microsoft in Redmond for current and coming operating systems as well as a long track record in developing high quality applications that are in global use today.

RTC Factory disposes a graphic and Webb department handling the entire GUI with a long track record in graphic design. Educated at the R.M.I. Berghs School of communication.

The RTC platform is highly modular as well as uses open standards and is constantly tested against a number of other vendor's products to insure a maximum of interoperability plus stability of services.
